In these times of major health concern, we encourage individuals to be vigilant about their own health and well-being. Please please make sure you are making informed decisions.
We are encouraging public services to be held at a later date with private service for immediate family now. For those that have a service, we are asking family to allow us to video record the service and we will upload it on our web site. If a service is video recorded, our intention is to have it available to view within 24 hours and in many cases much sooner than that.
As previously stated, please make sure you understand the health risks to yourself and the general public that may be associated with coming to a service.
Our mission at West Funeral Home & Life Tribute Center is to care for the grieving family with the utmost of compassion and professionalism while caring for loved ones with dignity and grace. We will forever be grateful for the trust that you have placed with us.
We regret to share that we have canceled
our spring grief support group series lead by - Rebecca Berge-Buss our Licensed Master Social Worker.
Rebecca continues to be available for a visit on the phone.
I can't say enough about how helpful, compassionate, professional Kent was as the funeral director for my mom Joy Taffe. Her passing was especially difficult for me as she was a victim of Covid 19 in May. I hadn't been able to see Mom since March so it was very hard. Kent was very understanding and knew everything that needed to be done. He anticipated our needs before I could even express them and gave wise counsel about details that may come up. I am so thankful for Kent and all the assistance he was to our family. I would highly recommend Kent as person to come alongside of to direct and oversee arrangements.
