I can't say enough about how helpful, compassionate, professional Kent was as the funeral director for my mom Joy Taffe. Her passing was especially difficult for me as she was a victim of Covid 19 in May. I hadn't been able to see Mom since March so it was very hard. Kent was very understanding and knew everything that needed to be done. He anticipated our needs before I could even express them and gave wise counsel about details that may come up. I am so thankful for Kent and all the assistance he was to our family. I would highly recommend Kent as person to come alongside of to direct and oversee arrangements.

Since Craig and West Funeral Home and Life Tribute Center had helped with arrangements for our mother’s funeral, it was an easy decision to return to West when our father passed away. During a challenging time created by COVID-19, Craig and West offered support and ideas in planning a graveside service that reflected and honored the memory of our dad. Craig’s attention to detail and thoughtful touches, and his tireless effort in coordinating special arrangements went above and beyond. Craig showed exceptional kindness and caring in all his guidance through this process.

West funeral home and Craig were wonderful to work with during a difficult time for our family that was complicated by the challenges of COVID-19. Their kindness and efficiency in making sure our needs were met was exceptional. Two generations of our family have now been cared for by West with exceptional service.

Thank you West Funeral Home for the wonderful service for my husband Gordon Hudson. We have received many compliments about the service and the planning that went into it. We met with Kent. The family found that West Funeral Home went beyond their representation as a family oriented funeral home wherein “it is the little things that matter”. The connections with Faith Journey Lutheran, the coordination with Sanford and the followup on catering and musicians all were done in accordance with Ann’s wishes.

My Dad's visitation and funeral was 3-15-19 and 3-16-19. West Funeral Services could not have been better with our needs and want for me and my family to honor my Dad. Our funeral director Robert Norton was beyond words to help us. He is knowledgeable, insightful, looking beyond to things that he knew we wanted but we didn't. For example in the loss I didn't think of his Military service. Robert brought that up and we honored my Dad with taps and flag. The entire West Staff did so exceptional in helping us and taking care of me and my family so complete. I cant say enough good about them. This will continue to be traumatic for me and my family losing such a one of a kind great man. Although we are not unhappy about anything in the services to do Daddy proper honor. With sincere gratitude, Thank You from myself and my family.
