Caskets are available in wood and metal. Wood caskets consist of oak, maple, walnut, poplar, pine and engineered product among others. There are also many caskets that are made with veneers which results in a cost savings to the family over solid wood. Metal caskets can vary greatly from 20 gauge steel on the minimum side through 18 ga steel, 16 ga steel and stainless steel along with the precious metals of copper and bronze. Our caskets start at $1195 for a cloth fiber board and $1865 for a basic metal. Our most commonly selected wood caskets are a solid oak which is $4665 and a veneer wood at $3365 while the most commonly selected metal caskets are $3065. We offer caskets in all price ranges –our selection room will not overwhelm families with lots of caskets, instead we offer a limited display with many other options available via litho images and the use of technology.
