Signature Services

At West Funeral Home & Life Tribute Center, we believe that “It’s The Little Things That Make The Difference.” Our signature services are the little things of which families that call upon us will receive free of charge.

Grief Support - we are happy to assist in finding the appropriate resource for each family. We have a Grief Support page on our web site for more information. Each family we serve is offered a folder with a page dedicated to grief support resources and information.

Web Casting - we video record the funeral and place a link on our web site. (DVD copies cost $20 each)

Video Tributes - we creatively blend your pictures with music to create an everlasting DVD tribute. (beyond 50 pictures we charge $2/photo. DVD copies beyond the first one at $20 each)

Tribute Candle - we hand select a background for your loved ones photo to be placed on. It will include their name and birth/death date. (candles after the first one are $20 each)

Service Plaque - we prepare a framed piece which has information relative to the service.

Floral Record – with the purchase of a register book, we take pictures of all of the flowers that are sent for the service and record the sender’s name. These photos are printed on pages for your register book.

Web Site Condolences Messages – we print a hardcopy of these messages on pages that go in your register book. We wait about a month in hopes that most messages would be posted.

Personalization of a Register Book - this book will of course have pages that the Friends and Relatives signed. It will also have pages where you can record who sent food or cards/memorials. We also fully complete the pages with the deceased’s name, family tree, service information and cemetery information. We typically will also personalize it with pictures of the deceased or hobbies along with images of all flowers received and showing who sent them. (the register book is $40 but the personalization inside is free)

Lift Up Thine Eyes Book/Good Mourning - Families we serve will be honored with a hard bound book paying tribute to their loved one. This book will come in the mail about 3 to 4 months after the death and is personalized with their loved ones name.

Checklist for the Bereaved – Upon conclusion of the arrangement conference, we will offer a folder with information regarding grief support, things to consider after the service, items to change or cancel, what you might need death certificates for along with information regarding personalizing the service and items for display.

Flag Case - We offer a free vinyl case to protect the flag your loved one so proudly served for.

ND Military Coin -  Through the State of ND we offer a military designed coin to each veteran.
