She was such a champion of the kids and always advocated for the underdog. I can remember her counseling, mentoring, and teaching students with such love. Paula was so special from the first time that I heard her sweet voice. She shadowed me many times while I was presenting webinars and we always talked afterwards and I was able to get to know her this way.
