Chris Schmidt

Chris Schmidt, 38, Fargo, ND died on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at his home.

Christopher Ray Schmidt was born Feb. 17, 1979 in Fargo, ND to Dennis and Brenda (Card) Schmidt. He grew up in West Fargo and graduated from high school in 1997. He worked at Taco Johns in Fargo for 14 years and worked at Costco in West Fargo for the last two years.

Chris was an avid Walt Disney fan and traveled to Disney World twice. He loved movies and animation. He was very artistic and enjoyed drawing. Chris was known by many as a goofball. He loved his family and friends most of all.

Chris is survived by his mother and step father, Brenda and Doran Hauser, West Fargo; brother, Jason Schmidt, West Fargo; grandmother, Delores Card, Valley City, ND; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis; and grandparents, Jack Card and Raymond and Margarette Schmidt

Memorial Service: Friday, April 21, 2017 at 1:00 PM at West Funeral Home Chapel, West Fargo.
