Bill was my first supervisor at Minot Flight Service Station. I was 22. I remember him as a friend to all and a very upbeat person. He gave me my first “Billy Beer” and there was many more to follow. The world could sure use a lot more like Bill. I was honored to be his friend.

Dear Pat, Tom and Jerry, an d all Bill's grandchildren,
I have fond memories of Bill. He once took me ice fishing with Pat to Buffalo Lodge Lake, east of Minot. We were in his tan Chevy station wagon that he had forever. We sat outside on upside-down pickle buckets. I don't think we caught even 1 fish, but as the only time I have been ice fishing, I will remember it was Bill who took me. He and Jeanne always welcomed me into their home whenever I visited Pat. Bill and Pat had that rare father/ daughter relationship that I was lucky enough to have with my dad. She was the apple of his eye. Rest peacefully ,Bill. Sincerely,Karen.
