So sorry to hear about Aunt Mavis's passing. Although I didn't see her that often, I have fond memories of having dinner with her and Bob when we lived in Fargo -- I especially enjoyed her wonderful home-baked buns. Further back, I can still recall the plaid dress she bought me at Herberger's when I was about 10. She was a stylish and lovely lady. Condolences to all the family.

Though it's been years since I last saw Mavis, her warm smile and kind eyes caught my attention instantly as I turned the page of the newspaper on Sunday. I immediately remembered the proud grandma who was sure to be at Strandvik for her grandchildrens' important milestone events. How lucky you all were to love and be loved by such a special woman. Wishing you quiet moments of peace as you look back on the treasured memories you made with her.
Extending our sincere sympathy,
Tammy & Chad
