LaVerle Erbstoesser 95, of Burnsville, MN formerly of Hunter, ND, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Arbors at Ridges in Burnsville, MN.

LaVerle Ione Erbstoesser was born October 3, 1927, in Fargo, ND, the daughter of Pete and Mamie Nygaard. Following graduation from the Enderlin High School, she attended a business school in Fargo. LaVerle and Clinton Erbstoesser were married September 4, 1947. She worked alongside her husband in the Standard/Amoco Oil Company as a bulk agent. LaVerle was employed for a time at the Hunter Grocery Store.

In retirement, they enjoyed many winters in Mesa, AZ. LaVerle enjoyed reading and visiting with friends.

Grateful for having shared in her life are sons: Michael and Steven (Mary); son-in-law: Jerry (Patricia) Berndt; grandchildren: Jerad Berndt, Tyler (Thida) Berndt and Dawn Erbstoesser; great-grandchildren: Cash Krieg and Tatiana Berndt; sister: Mary (Charles) Hanson and brother: Peter Nygaard.

LaVerle was preceded in death by her parents: Pete and Mamie; husband: Clinton; daughter: Patricia Berndt; daughter-in-law: Mary, and a sister: Marilynn (Bernard) Stangler.

Graveside Service: Hunter Cemetery in the spring of 2023.
