Jordan Saewert

   Jordan Saewert, 40, of Casselton, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021, at Sanford Health in Fargo.

   Jordan John James Saewert was born November 1, 1980 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Fargo, N.D. to James and Jeannie (Godfrey) Saewert.  He graduated from West Fargo High School in 1999, and served an apprenticeship at Grant’s Mechanical as a plumber, and he continued working as a journeyman plumber for his entire career.

   On September 15, 2007, he married Stacy Lucas at Faith Lutheran Church in West Fargo.  They lived in Casselton following their marriage.

   Jordan belonged to the Masons, loved animals, and enjoyed the outdoors, golf, fishing, camping, reading, and was an avid fan of Marvel comics and movies.  Music was an important part of his life, and played the guitar, collected guitars, and played in a band, “Martian” throughout high school.

   Jordan is survived by his wife, Stacy; parents, Jeannie and James Saewert; brother, Justin (Jenna) Saewert and their children, Spencer and Preston; parents-in-law, Tom and JoAnn Lucas; grandmother, Elsie Saewert; Godmother, Lois Wall; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

   He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Godfrey; grandfather, Ernie Saewert; and  his dog, Oliver.

   A service for family and close friends will be held at Liberty Lutheran Bretheren Church in Fargo on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service.
