Gary Lee Spoerl passed away Monday, December 3, 2018 at Sanford Hospital of Fargo, ND at the age of 73.
Gary had a zest for life, worked in different areas of the United States, loved classic cars and everything with wheels! He was a member of the Swanks Car Club in Casselton, ND which he held near and dear to his heart. Gary loved to show off his vehicles! Gary worked in various car businesses in Minneapolis, the first being Hansford Pontiac. He eventually worked at Long Cadillac as a service order writer where he enjoyed doing quality customer service. Gary also did custom car interior upholstery that was to be admired. Many of his interests were: garage tours with the Swanks Car Club, trivia night, World of Outlaws car racing and making the annual summer pilgrimage attending the Back to the Fifties car show in the Twin Cities with his friends and fellow car enthusiasts.
