Audrey J (Bjorem) Olson

Audrey Olson, 82, West Fargo, ND died on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.

Audrey Jean Bjorem was born Feb. 10, 1936 at Ulen, MN to Earl and Bernice Bjorem. She grew up in Ada, MN and attended school there. The family moved to Moorhead, MN where she worked in the family restaurant. Audrey later married Ronald Olson in Webster, SD. They lived in Moorhead and Fargo before moving to West Fargo in the mid 1970’s. She worked in hotel housekeeping in the area.

She loved to entertain the family with her cooking and poker parties. She enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino and playing BINGO. She was a fan of the MN Vikings and music group the Bee Gee’s.

Audrey is survived by six children, Michael (Penny) Morse, Nielsville, MN, Debby (Duck) Morse, West Fargo, Kevin (Cindy) Morse, West Fargo, Kelley (Roxie) Morse, Lake Park, MN, Scott (Stephanie) Olson, Wahpeton, ND and Brent (Keri) Olson, West Fargo; 13 grandchildren, Aaron (Marcie), Brian (Tricia), David (Sarah), Kristen, Candra (Dan), Brady, Reed, Maria, Libby, Adrian, Jase, Angie and Jason; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; three siblings, Karen Grossman, Brenda Cayasso and Glenn Mills; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald “Ole”; a daughter, Roxanne; a granddaughter, Alicia; and five siblings, Lois, Jerome, Arvid, Janet and Shelda.

Funeral: Friday, Oct. 5, 2018 at 2 PM at West Funeral Home Chapel, West Fargo with visitation one hour prior and reception to follow.

Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo.
