Verda Mangin

Verda Mangin, age 94, of West Fargo, ND died Sunday, May 3, 2020 at Bethany on University in Fargo, ND.

Verda Marie Peterson was born November 11, 1925,  to Charles and Ethel Peterson of LaMoure, ND.  She graduated from LaMoure High School and in 1945 married Dale Mangin.  They lived in LaMoure for four years and in 1949 moved to Sheyenne, ND, where Dale managed the Farmers Union Station and Verda was the bookkeeper.  They raised four children, Larry, Danny, Donelle and Patti.  In 1968 they moved to West Fargo, ND and purchased the Midway Laundromat.

Verda is survived by her sons, Larry (Becky) of Louisville, CO, Danny (Verna) of West Fargo, ND and daughter Patti (Bill) Murphy of Fargo, ND, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, three sisters (Valerie, Virginia and Vonnie) and one brother (Dean).

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dale, daughter Donelle Langness, three sisters and four brothers.
