Thomas "Tommy" H. Stilwell, 69, Horace, ND passed away at home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.
Thomas Harold Stilwell was born on August 21, 1955, to Charles and Bernadine Stilwell in Turtle Lake, ND. He went to school in Turtle Lake, ND and Fargo, ND. He had an interesting job seismographing in Western North Dakota. He left that job in the early 80’s and went to Garrison, ND to become a farming hand. He met Lorraine Kremer, married her, and they moved to Wisconsin. Lorraine passed away in 2001. They were married 14 years. When his grandma Ella Riebe passed, he came back to ND for the funeral and decided to stay. He started to work at Global Electric Motorcars in Fargo. He met Teri Lesher. They married on July 9, 2004, in Valley City, ND. They moved to Horace in 2006. He worked at Marvin Windows until 2022. Tom loved camping and fishing with his buddies Tom and Judy Heiser at Spiritwood Lake, ND. Both of them have passed. He loved the Green Bay Packers. There was no better team to him. While in Wisconsin, he worked at Packerland Packing in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Tommy loved to sit outside and have neighbors over to drink beer and listen to music. The dog was never far from his side.
Tom is survived by his wife, Teri; son, Jeremiah Lesher; brothers, David (Jackie), SD and Daniel (Angela), Mandan, ND; sisters, Gladys (Mike) Pollert, Fargo, ND and Bernice (Ken) Lamb, International Falls, MN.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles; mother, Bernadine; stepdad, Richard Lisburg; brother, Quentin Stilwell and grandparents, David and Ella Riebe.
He was a sweet, kind soul and will be forever missed.
Interment: Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 1 PM at Horace Lutheran Cemetery, Horace, ND.
