Terry Lynn (Johnson) Zick

   On May 1, 2026, Terry moved on to her next big journey, where she is now walking with God. She was never one for a "big production" and specifically asked that we didn’t write an obituary for her. However, we cannot let her pass without acknowledging the profound impact she made on our lives. 

   She was a woman defined by kindness and warmth, always ready with a helping hand for anyone she encountered. She believed deeply in the value of hard work; in every job she took on, she gave her absolute all. Her true legacy, however, is not found in a career, but in the kindness she left etched on the hearts of everyone she met. 

   While she took pride in a job well done, her heart belonged to her family and her home. Her greatest accomplishments and her deepest joys were her children: Carmen (Jon) Halverson; David (Laura) Kaisin; and Jennifer (Damon) Gooden. She was the proud grandmother of Matt & Emma Halverson; Morgan (Ely), Alex (Jasmine), Conner, & David Jr. Kasin, Angie & Eric Lee; and Jadyn & Dylan Gooden, each of whom she loved beyond measure. She also leaves behind her beloved Yorkie, Bailey, who was her constant, faithful companion and a recipient of her endless devotion. 

   She will be missed more than words can express by her sister, her family, her friends, and every soul lucky enough to have known her warmth. The world is a little quieter without her, but her spirit lives on in the kindness we show to one another. 

   Memorial Service: Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in West Funeral Home, West Fargo, with visitation one hour prior to the service.

   Private Interment: Horace Lutheran Cemetery, Horace, ND.
