The family moved to Bowdon, ND in 1953.  Sharon attended school at Bowdon, ND graduating in 1962. After graduation, she worked for a time at the local grocery store.  On June 20, 1965, she married John H. Otto in the Bowdon Church of God.    Sharon was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Arthur until moving to Fargo in 2018. She loved to sing and was an active member of the church choir in addition to singing many solos during church services. Sharon loved puzzles, reading, watching movies, and her favorite TV shows. She also loved to play cards and board games with her family. On a couple of occasions, her kids were able to persuade her to play Croquet and Ladderball.

Sharon is survived by five children, Guy, Denise, Mary, Paul and Joan; four grandsons, Kruse, Tyler, Cooper and Willie; three sisters, Iris (Johnnie) Holler, Joyce (Kleinsasser) Smith and Brenda Kleinsasser; a brother-in-law, Richard Otto, three sisters-in-law, Leona (Otto) Magnuson, Phyllis (Otto) Heibert and Luella Otto as well as many special nieces, nephews and cousins.
