Sarah Orfield

 Sarah Eva-Marie Orfield, 48, passed away Monday, June 15, 2026 in Fargo, North Dakota.

   Sarah was born October 30, 1977 in Chariton, Iowa to Everett A and Kathy M (Grinstead) Curtis. She was a long time Mortgage Underwriter for Wells Fargo in Des Moines, Iowa.

   Surviving by her loving husband, Kent Orfield of Fargo, ND. Her sons, Jordan (Jenni) Belcher of Des Moines, Iowa and Dylan Belcher of Fargo, ND. A stepdaughter, Mykensie (Brenton) Scharlau of Chariton, Iowa. A granddaughter, Isla Belcher. A brother, James (Keri) Curtis, a niece, Michaela Curtis and a nephew, Ben Curtis all of West Des Moines, Iowa. She is also survived by her parents, Ev and Kathy Curtis of Des Moines, Iowa and many other relatives. 

   She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, please support the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, MS, still an incurable disease!

   Family, friends and neighbors are warmly invited to join us on Saturday, July 11 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the St John the Apostle Catholic Church at 720 Orchard Hills Dr, Norwalk, Iowa. Please join us for food, music and the sharing of fond memories.
