Sandra (Trader) Cruff, age 84, was born in Valley City to Clifford and Helen Trader, and lived on the family farm in Oriska. In 1959 she married Gary Cruff, and they made their home over the years in Linton, West Fargo, Leonard, Vergas, and eventually Kindred ND. Together they had two sons, and the family grew to 5 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She was very proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved her time with them. Her passion over the years was volunteering, and in the last years she loved working at the Kindred Library. She enjoyed walking, and gardening was a mark of great pride, making sure that anyone who needed produce was taken care of. She passed away peacefully on May 14th at her home in Kindred. A small family gathering will be held at a later date.
