Randy was born at St. Ansgar Hospital in Moorhead MN on May 12th, 1954 to Milton and Mary Ann Myhre. Randy was an avid hunter, fisher, and trapper from an early age. At the young age of 16 Randy married Cindie (Peterson) Innis and had two children. After his time working in welding Randy moved onto farming, working with many of the local farmers in the rural Casselton area. Randy met his wife Colleen at the age of 28 in Casselton, where they moved in together in his house and years later had one daughter together.
In the early 2000’s Randy relocated his family to a farmstead in Durbin where he was working. Randy’s hobbies and interests helped define who he was, he enjoyed trapping, hunting, and fishing not only with friends, but especially his dogs. Randy also enjoyed music and dancing, he was smooth and swift on the dance floor. Randy also enjoyed the simple things such as talking on the phone with his buddies, discovering new honey holes, or possibly at home making a good pot of soup relaxing with the wife and dog.
Randy survived by his dedicated wife Colleen Myhre; daughter Brandi (Joshua) Anderson; his grandson Adam (11) and his granddaughter KayLee (7). Randy is also survived by his siblings Milton Myhre Jr and Gayle Nesemeier.

No apprentice was trained in Randy's trapping methods, sorry farmers you’re on your own now.
Please dress casually for the service, Randy was a jeans and t-shirt kind of man that isn't changing now as we say our farewell.
