Patricia (Falk) Barnett

Pat Barnett, 90, West Fargo, ND passed away on Monday, Feb. 3, 2025 at Sanford on Broadway in Fargo, ND.

Patricia Louise Falk was born June 10, 1934 at Courtney, ND to Joseph and Lucille Falk. She grew up on a farm near there and attended school at Courtney. She married Donald Barnett on Sept. 6, 1955 at Courtney. They lived in Fargo, Sharon, ND and Yankton, SD before settling in Carrington, ND in 1965. Her husband passed away on Nov. 12, 1994. She continued to live in Carrington doing catering and working at the golf club from 1976 to 2003. After she moved to Fargo, she worked at Sam’s Club for 13 years.

Pat was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Altar Society in Carrington. After moving to West Fargo, she became a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Her favorite past time was fishing with her sister Eileen. She also enjoyed painting and crafts.

She is survived by one son, Roger (Helen) of Fargo; four daughters, Mary (Kevin) Weniger of Wasilla, AK, Phyllis (John) Beaudoin of Jamestown, ND, Sheryl (Danny) Carlson of New Rockford, ND and Denise (David) Bates of Dalton, MN; daughter-in-law, Karen Barnett of Moorhead, MN; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a brother, James (Roxy) of Fargo, ND; three sisters, Joyce Barnett of Valley City, ND, Carol Michaelson of Fargo, ND and Eileen Fields of Jamestown, ND.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Don; son, Bernard; infant twin daughters, Jean and Joan; two sisters, Kathy Falk and Elaine Barclay; three brothers, Donald, Clifford and Gaylord.

Visitation: Friday, Feb. 7, 2025 from 6 to 7 PM with a prayer service at 7 PM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo.

Funeral Mass: Saturday, Feb. 8 at 11 AM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, West Fargo with visitation one hour prior.

Burial: St. Mary’s Cemetery, Courtney, ND.
