Michelle attended West Fargo High School, graduating in 1983. She earned a CNA degree and worked at Rosewood on Broadway for 13 years, where Michelle loved her residents. She made lifelong friends with Sandy, Mitzi, Suzanne and Renee Brasel best friend of many years. Friday night suppers with the girls, one of her favorite fun memories. She loved spending time with her grandparents, Emil and Marth Heinrickson, her back yard neighbors, the Lloyd and Joanie Anderson family, and making forts in the woods with her sisters. She helped her family for many years especially after becoming Auntie Shel. A traumatic brain injury caused her to eventually work at Easter Seals, earning the worker of the year award.
