Martha Schneider

   Martha M. (Sell) Schneider, 95, of Fargo, N.D., passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at Eventide in Fargo.

   Martha was born on December 18, 1926, to Max and Emma (Grieger) Sell, on the family farm in rural Amenia, N.D.  She attended school at a rural school in Amenia Township.

   She married LeRoy Schneider on February 15, 1946 at Arthur, N.D.  They lived and farmed in the Amenia area before moving to Fargo, N.D. in 2000, because of LeRoy’s health.

   She is survived by three children, Jim (Linda) Schneider, Pelican Rapids, MN, Audrey Morris, Fargo, N.D., and Sandy (Duane) Strand, Fargo, N.D.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

   She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, LeRoy; daughter, Sharon; six brothers, Harley, Edmund, Hugo, Wilbur, Alfred, and Melvin; and three sisters, Minnie, Viola, and Ella.

   The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Eventide and Ethos Hospice for taking such good care of our mom.

Visitation: Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in Martin’s Lutheran Church, Casselton, N.D.

Service: Saturday, April 9, at 2:00 p.m. in Martin’s Lutheran Church.

Interment: Casselton Cemetery, Casselton, North Dakota.
