Mark J. Jorgenson, 48, Horace, ND, died Sunday, October 28, 2007, in Glyndon, MN.

Mark J. Jorgenson was born on July 2, 1959, in Fargo, ND. He grew up in Fargo and attended Fargo schools before he attended Moorhead Tech for two years. Mark then moved to Perham, MN for a few years and worked for a local business before returning to Fargo in 1991. Mark worked for KBW Associates of Fargo, Metal Tech of Fargo, McNeilus Steel, Inc. of Fargo and then Weisgram Metal Fab, Inc. of Fargo. On January 28, 2000, he married Cynthia Fischer in Horace, ND. In February of 2007, Mark began working for the City of Fargo, at the airport.

Mark is survived by his wife, Cindy Jorgenson, Horace; brothers, Paul (Carol) Jorgenson, St. Paul, MN, and Dan Jorgenson, Bismarck, ND; sister, Gwen (Earl) Hodson, Moorhead, MN; step-daughters, Amy (Torrey) Schatz, Casselton, ND, and Jana Fischer, Fargo; step-grandsons, Alex, Ben and Jonny and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Renee (Adams), brother, Duane and sister, Anne Renee.

Visitation: Friday from 5-7 with a prayer service at 7 in the West Funeral Home Chapel, West Fargo, ND.

Memorial Service: Saturday, November 3, 2007 at 1:30 in Horace Lutheran Church, Horace, ND.

Burial: Horace Cemetery, Horace, ND.
