Lilah M. Jondahl, 95, West Fargo, ND, died on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Sheyenne Crossings, in West Fargo.
She was born near Starkweather, North Dakota to Nettie and Louis Johnson on September 11, 1930. After a brief period working in Devils Lake at the local ASC Office, she married Philip Jondahl and settled in the Galesburg/Hope area, where they farmed and raised their two sons, Paul and David. Upon retiring, Lilah and Philip moved to West Fargo, which remained her home for over twenty-five years.
Lilah had a deep love for gardening, sewing, and her church community. She actively participated in a wide range of church activities, including Sunday School, ladies aide, cantata choir, and more recently, quilting groups.
She is survived by her sons, Paul (Ranelle) of Bismarck and David (Wendy) of Fargo, along with four grandchildren: Michael, Megan, Alyssa, and Anna.
Lilah was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and five older siblings.
Funeral Service: Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 1 PM, at West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND, with visitation one hour before the service.
Interment: Elm River Cemetery, Galesburg, ND.
