Laura Paczkowski

   It is with great sadness that the family of Laura A. Paczkowski announce her sudden passing on Monday, November 29, 2021 at her residence.

    Laura Ann Paczkowski was born on July 12, 1990 at Fargo, ND to Larry and Kathy (Westman) Paczkowski.  Laura was raised in West Fargo attending and graduating from West Fargo High School as a Packer in 2008.  She attended college and earned her associate degree in Criminal Justice from Rasmussen College graduating December 2015.  On October 12, 2013 her daughter Arielle was born and became Laura’s whole world.  Laura began working at Noridian Insurance until earlier this year.

    Laura loved her family; she knew every birthday, anniversary, and any other date that was important in their lives.  As a child, she loved to spend time with her grandpa Packowski building cars and being a girl scout.  Her life was dedicated to being "Hanson's Biggest Fan! '' She loved traveling around with her sister and friends to attend their concerts and somehow always managed to meet the band members.  She was also big into movies and movie quotes. Watching Disney movies with her daughter was her favorite way to spend time together. 

   Laura had so many hopes and dreams for her and Arielle, she wanted nothing more than to be the best mom she could be. When Arielle was born she fought hard to transform her life and be there for her forever. Laura was deeply loved as a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, friend and mother.  We take comfort knowing Laura is now home with her dad, grandpa and grandma. She is surrounded by light and the darkness of this world is gone.    

    Laura is survived by her daughter Arielle, of West Fargo, mom Kathy (Jerome) Griggs, of West Fargo, sister Katie Paczkowski, of Austin, TX, stepsisters Kala Griggs, Stephanie Hoff  both of Lisbon. grandparents John & JoAyne Griggs Lisbon, grandma Delores Paczkowski, of Fargo, grandpa Don Westman Sr. of Fargo, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

    Laura was preceded in death by her dad Larry Paczkowski, grandpa Loran Paczkowski, and grandma Virginia Westman.

   Visitation for the public will be on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND.

   Private memorial service will be on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at 1:00 PM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND.

   Private burial will take place at Holy Cross North Cemetery, Fargo, ND.
