Kyle Badger

   Kyle Badger, 41, of Casselton, ND, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, in his home.

   Kyle Mark Badger was born on October 19, 1982 in Fargo, ND, to Bud and Lois Badger. He grew up and attended school in Casselton where he was active in football and wrestling. He graduated from Central Cass High School in 2001. He then attended college at Wahpeton, ND for two years, becoming a certified welder. The week after his college graduation, he began working as a welder for John Deere in Valley City, ND, where he was still currently employed. He also worked spring and fall for Nelson Farms near Arthur, ND. Kyle cherished the time he spent farming with his friends.

   Kyle enjoyed riding motorcycle, spending time with family and friends, time at the lake, keeping tabs on the farm, experiencing new restaurants (especially pizza), and finding places for people to experience when they traveled.

   He is survived by his parents, Bud and Lois Badger, Casselton, ND; brothers, Chad Badger, Casselton, Corey (Marlena Zeis) Badger, Casselton; and Casey (Maren) Badger, Shoreview, MN; nieces and nephews, Sam Badger, Amber Badger, Kaitlynn Badger, Andrew Badger, Leshia Badger, Jeremiah Badger, Kinsley Badger, Samantha Moreno; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

   He was preceded in death by all of his grandparents; several aunts and uncles; and two cousins, Tod Erickson and Sherry Ofteli.

   Memorials are preferred to Community of Care.

   Visitation: Sunday, November 19, 2023, from 5-6 p.m., followed by a prayer service at 6 p.m. in Martin’s Lutheran Church, Casselton, ND.

   Funeral Service: Monday, November 20, at 10:30 a.m., in Martin’s Lutheran Church, Casselton, with visitation one hour prior to the service.

   Burial: Casselton Cemetery, Casselton, ND.
