Karen Metheny

Karen Elizabeth Metheny of West Fargo North Dakota, age 74, passed away on February 7th, 2026.

A long-time resident of West Fargo, Karen enjoyed her work as a certified professional secretary. She married James E Metheny on May 14th, 1976.

Karen was preceded in death by her husband James, and her siblings Ingrid and David Josephson.

She is survived by her sisters Ilona Josephson, Kay Josephson, and Becky Scaggs, her nephew Randy Josephson and her nieces Leaha Sprenger, Sarah Scaggs, Jenny Scaggs and Emily Scaggs.

Memorial services will be held at West Funeral Home in West Fargo, on June 11th at 10am. Burial will be at The National Cemetery in Fargo at noon.
