Kara Anderson

Kara Lee Anderson, born on January 21, 1976, in Havre, MT, passed away on November 10, 2024, in Fargo, ND. She was cherished by her family and friends for her brutally honest nature and her unwavering love for those around her.

Kara graduated from Williston High School in 1994 and took some time finding her path in life. Unfortunately, Kara's life took a challenging turn in April 1996 when she was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. While this incident changed her life profoundly, it never diminished the love her family and friends felt for her or the love she had for them. Throughout her life, Kara enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including playing computer games and shopping, but nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family. A true animal lover, she had a special fondness for cats and often joked about having at least four of them if circumstances allowed. Kara was an avid fan of game shows, often found watching her favorites while expressing her trademark candidness. Though Kara faced significant challenges, her spirit and unique personality touched the lives of many. She will be remembered for her love, honesty, and the joy she brought to those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Kara will be dearly missed by her parents Robert and Peggy of West Fargo, ND, brothers, Ryan & Jessica (Kade, Alyssa, Londyn, Brynna, Cooper, Finley) of Williston, ND and Wyatt & Ashley (Ayden, Ashdyn & Peyton, Austen, Aunya, Izabella, and Laykin) of Fargo, ND and saving the best for last, her sister, Katie (Abbigail & Nathan, Jairon & Rylee, Kyleigh, Carsen & her precious great niece Hazel) of Fargo, ND.

Kara was preceded in death by her Grandparents Richard (Bud) & Phyllis Anderson, Wallace (Wally) & Evelyn Carlstad and Uncle Randall (Randy) Anderson

Visitation: Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND.

Memorial Service: Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 3:00 PM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND.

Interment:  Joplin Cemetery, Joplin, MT at a later date by family.
