At the young age 14, Daisy Jade “Jupiter” Paulsen left this world far too soon by the hands of a violent attacker.
Jupiter was a beautiful person filled with love and compassion for others. She was kind and strong willed and someone who never gave up. Jupiter was an artist who loved to paint and draw and a musician who played guitar and viola and loved to sing. She befriended the misfits as family and friends so they would know they were loved. Jupiter was the type of person to make flower crowns and give them to strangers just to see a smile. She cared and expressed love with her whole heart uplifting others in joy and happiness.
Jupiter was born Dec. 8, 2006 in Sulzbach, Germany. She grew up in the Fargo area and had just finished middle school at Cheney School in West Fargo.
She is survived by her loving family, father, Robert Julius Paulsen III; mother, Antonia Nicole Johnson, siblings, Casey, Phoenix, Maddison, Aydon and RockWell along with her extended family.
A public service to honor Jupiter and bring awareness to violence in our community is planned for Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 5 PM at Scheels Arena in Fargo. Family will be present starting at 3:30 PM. (The service will be held outdoors and moved indoors if weather is concerning – please bring a lawn chair) PLEASE PARK IN THE PARKING LOT SOUTH OF THE BUILDING. A private family funeral will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the family and sent in care of West Funeral Home at 321 Sheyenne St, West Fargo, ND 58078. (if any flowers are sent they likely will not be displayed at the service but go directly to the family)
