Joyce Ann Talle

Joyce Ann Talle, age 72, of Fargo, North Dakota, passed away on April 10, 2026, at the Roger Maris Cancer Center in Fargo. Born on November 13, 1953, Joyce lived a life defined by generosity, quiet strength, and an unwavering love for her family.

Joyce married the love of her life, Alan Talle, in September of 1972. Together they built a life rooted in devotion, hard work, and the simple joys they cherished.

She is survived by her husband, Alan Talle; her son, Aaron Talle, and daughter‑in‑law, Sarah Talle; and her beloved grandchildren, Riley Olson, Krynna Talle, and Alaina Talle. She is also survived by her siblings Jeanne Walth, Janice Anderson, and Lawrence Boschee.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Leland Boschee and Leonard Boschee, and her sisters Joanne Boschee and Julie Markey.

Joyce found joy in the simple, meaningful parts of life. She was an avid baker whose kitchen was always filled with warmth and the smell of something delicious in the oven. She loved gardening and tending to her flowers, creating beauty wherever she went. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, cruising in old cars, and spending time on recreational vehicles—activities that brought her freedom, fun, and unforgettable memories with the people she loved. She also cherished traveling south for the winter, where she found sunshine, warmth, and a peaceful change of pace.

Her work life reflected the same dedication she brought to her home and family. Joyce farmed for a time before beginning a long career at Concordia College. While working there, she earned her degree in medical transcription, a milestone she was deeply proud of. She later joined Northland Medical Center, where she worked for many years with care and professionalism. Joyce retired in 2021 but continued to stay active by working part‑time at Shotwell Floral, a place that perfectly matched her love of flowers and creativity.

Joyce’s life was shaped by resilience, compassion, and a deep love for those around her. Those who knew her will forever hold close the warmth of her spirit and the comfort she brought into their lives.

Her love, strength, and gentle spirit will remain with us always.
