Joshua Dalbol

Joshua A. Dalbol, 28, of Casselton, ND passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Casselton.

He was born May 30, 1997 to Zane and Jennifer (Spilman) Dalbol in Fargo, ND. Joshua attended school in West Fargo where he started working at Goodin Company in 2014. He graduated in 2015. He met his wife Kelsey in 2018. Joshua started working for Renovation Systems February 2020. He and Kelsey were married October 24, 2021. Their daughter Haddie joined the family November 21, 2020. They purchased their first home in Casselton March 2021. Their son Hank completed the family October 21,2022. 

Josh enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing with his dad, uncles, friends and family in Tuttle, ND and at the lake in Valley City, ND.

In the recent years Haddie and Hank loved going fishing with Daddy at the lake in Valley City, as well as going with Daddy, Grandpa and Grandma to the Jungle (Tuttle house) to hunt, trap and play piano.

Joshua is survived by his wife Kelsey (Kern) Dalbol his children Haddie and Hank. Parents Zane and Jennifer (Spilman) Dalbol of West Fargo. 2 Brothers, Justin Patton and Logan (Sarah) Dalbol. Sister Kassandra Jo Patton; grandparents Richard (Connie) Spilman, Lynn Spillman and Arlene Dalbol; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandfather Gordon Dalbol.

A Celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 3 PM at West Funeral Home Chapel, West Fargo with visitation one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers, consider a memorial to the family for Haddie and Hank.
