Hailey Coon

   Hailey Marie Coon passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, ND.

   Hailey was born on June 5, 2003 to parents Tim Flynn and Pamela Coon. Hailey grew up in West Fargo and graduated high school last May. Hailey was a joy to be with and always brought love and cheerfulness to her parents, family and friends. She was a considerate and caring soul with a smile that beamed the best things about life.  Hailey grew up attending her dad’s and uncle’s softball games and went on to play softball herself for West Fargo High School. Hailey liked to swim and dress up. She excelled in band playing the clarinet. She loved animals, especially her Uncle Nathan’s dog Vader. Hailey is from a large family and enjoyed spending time with them. Her cousin Addison was more like a sister and best friend.

   Hailey and her classmates endured a pandemic their last year and a half of school, but she was able to attend her senior prom with her friends and boyfriend John. Hailey looked forward to attending college in the fall and to someday become a teacher. She had a promising future ahead of her. Hailey enjoyed life and was so easy going, quick witted and kind. She will always be with those that loved her and she will be greatly missed.

   She leaves behind her parents Tim Flynn and Pamela Coon. Grandparents Cheryl Flynn, Jill Coon and Kenny Geiszler, Orlin Finneseth and Mary Erck, Great Grandfather Gerald Gast, Uncles Chris (Cheryl) Flynn, Nathan Flynn, Anthony Flynn, John Finneseth (Susan), Aunt Jill Finneseth, cousins Addison Flynn, Amber Kaylee Morgan and Maddison Finneseth, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

   Hailey was preceded in death by her Grandfather Louis Flynn, Great Grandmother Dorothy Flynn, Great Grandmother Shirley Gast, Great Grandmother Lucille Coon, Great Grandfather Charles Coon and her Uncle Jeffrey Finneseth.

Visitation:  Friday, July 9, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND.
