Faith A. (Hagemeister) Hinz

Faith Hinz, 95, Fargo, ND died on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Bethany on University in Fargo.

Faith Ardelle Hagemeister was born June 9, 1926 at Amenia, ND to Wesley and Goldie (Christianson) Hagemeister. She graduated from Mapleton (ND) High School. Faith married LeRoy Albert Hinz on April 11, 1947 at Grace Lutheran Church in Fargo. They lived in the Fargo area. She worked at the Oak Manor and helped young people from Fraser Hall learn trades. Faith most enjoyed cooking and baking and entertaining family and friends.

She is survived by three children, David (Cindy), Jamestown, ND, Gwendolyn (Larry) Chandler, AZ and Jonathon (Susan), Colfax, ND; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two siblings, Richard (Linnea) Hagemeister and Judy (Richard) Bristol; and many nieces and nephews.

Faith was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy; son, Daniel; brothers, Dallas Hagemeister and Wesley Hagemeister Jr.; and a sister, Darlene Sauvageau.

Visitation: Friday, June 25, 2021 from 4:30 to 7:30 PM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo.

Funeral: Saturday, June 26 at 11 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, Fargo with visitation one hour prior.

Burial:  Sunset Memorial Garden, Fargo.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Ethos Hospice or a charity of your choice.
