Douglas Kuchenbecker

Douglas, 67, passed away at his home, Sunday, September 7, 2025

He lived and worked in the Fargo area.  Other than working various jobs, he also found love in working with wood.  Doug built numerous beautiful items for family and friends, taking joy in doing each one.

Doug is survived by his sister: Debbie (soulmate Al Fosberg);  brother, Todd; his daughters: Missy Beckett of West Fargo and Lisa (Luke) Groen of Fargo; 4 grandchildren:  Hannah 20, Hunter 18,  Theo 6 and Zena 4 months; his loving partner of eighteen years:   Lorie Chastain; her family; and especially her granddaughters: Willow, Winter, Ella and Victoria.

He was preceded in death by his father:  Baldwin L;  mother: Donna and  brother: Baldwin R. “Sckooch”.

Memorial Service:  2 pm Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at the West Funeral Home in West Fargo.

Visitation:  An hour before the service.

Burial:  Oak Grove Cemetery, Detroit Lakes, MN
