Donnan Anthony Miotke

Donnan Anthony Miotke (63) of West Fargo, N.D. passed away December 21st at his home in the loving arms of his wife. Don was born August 2nd, 1961, in Warrensburg, MO. He grew up on Pickerel Lake, South Dakota, graduating from Webster High School in 1979. Shortly after graduating, Don soon joined the Marine Corp where he proudly served until 1987. He returned home to start his new career in construction. He married Rhonda (Mindeman), in Aberdeen, S.D. (2010) they spent twenty- five wonderful years together. Most recently he worked for Olaf Anderson Construction. 

In his spare time Don was a master craftsman, including a variety of projects such as woodworking and leatherworking. He also loved spending time with his dog Buster.  

He is survived by his wife; Rhonda (West Fargo), his sister, Sheryl Gates (Virginia), Nephews Andrew and David & stepson, Anthony & Scarlett (Wien), He is preceded in death by his parents, Donnan & Linda Miotke.  

He will be laid to rest at the Fargo National cemetery. His celebration of life will be held at the VFW on Sheyenne Street in West Fargo, ND on January 18th, 2025, at 2 PM.  

Burial: Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 1 PM, at Fargo National Cemetery, Harwood, ND.
