Damian Schmoll

Damian Schmoll, age 49, of Fargo, ND passed away on Monday June16, 2025 at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND. 

Damian Schmoll was born on April 28, 1976.  He grew up in Dilworth with his Father Dennis and elder brother Curt. Dennis passed at an early age and the boys were placed in foster care where they knew and loved their foster parents and foster siblings. 

Damian had a variety of careers over the years but knew he finally found his calling when he got his CDL & became a truck driver. 

He loved his motorcycle and took his bike out whenever he got a chance.  He was an excellent grill master and had just started experimenting in the world of Smoked Meats. 

Friends and family will always remember him for his big smile, snarky comebacks and sense of humor.  He had a kind, big heart and loved those dear to his heart fiercely. 

Damian is survived by his daughter Madison "Maddi" Schmoll. 

Damian was preceded in death by his father, Dennis and 2 half-brothers, Brian and Jay. 

Damian's legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.  Our family would like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all of you who have been so kind and thoughtful at this most difficult time. 

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
