Curtis Dahl

Curtis Allen Dahl was born on July 10th, 1947, in Granite Falls, MN. He graduated from Moorhead High School in 1965.  Curtis enlisted in the US Navy in December of 1966, and served during the Vietnam War while stationed in the Philippines    He was Honorably discharged in May of 1970, and then attended Detroit Lakes Tech where he earned an auto body repair degree.   Curtis started working for Glenn’s Body Repair and never officially retired, he just took a leave due to COVID in 2020. He wasn't able to return to work as his health started to decline.

Curtis passed away peacefully in his home in West Fargo on November 10th, 2023, at the age of 76.

He is survived by his sister Yvonne Anderson;  his children Jennifer Rudnick, Brandon Dahl, Amanda Brandt, and Olivia Campbell; along with several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death his parents Adrian and Myrtle (Wilson) Dahl, sisters JoAnn Stone and Sharol Filipi, and his brother Arlen Dahl.

Celebration of Life Service:  Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 6:30 PM, in West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND, with Visitation held 5:00 - 6:30 PM.

Military Honors:   Provided by the US Navy Funeral Honors Team.

Interment:  Black Oak Lake Lutheran Cemetery, Montevideo, MN
