Christina "Chrissy" Harmon

   Christina Jean Harmon was ushered into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, following a courageous nine-month battle with kidney cancer. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children and her beloved husband, Jason, praising Jesus until her final breath.

   Christina was born on February 8, 1984, at North Country Regional Hospital to Kent Dudley and Rochelle Lind. She spent her early childhood in Lake George, Minnesota, until moving to Laporte, Minnesota, in sixth grade, where she graduated from high school in 2002.

   Christina’s childhood was filled with adventure and memories she cherished. She loved riding horses through the trails, three-wheeling to the Lake George gas station, playing basketball and riding four-wheelers all over town in Laporte. Faith was also a central part of her upbringing. She was deeply involved in church with her family as they pastored a church together, and her relationship with Jesus remained the foundation of her life throughout her years.

   Christina graduated from Northern School of Cosmetology and worked as a hairdresser before eventually moving to Texas. After some time away, she found her way back North and eventually settled in Fargo, North Dakota, where she met her soulmate, Jason, in 2019.

   Christina and Jason met playing volleyball and quickly fell in love.  They were married on May 24, 2022. They came into each other’s lives at a time when they both needed someone to lift them up, and that is exactly what they did for one another. They believed in each other, worshiped Jesus together, laughed together, and walked through life side by side. Their love and commitment to one another, especially throughout Christina’s battle with cancer, brought them even closer and became a beautiful testament to the vows they made on their wedding day.

   Christina’s greatest joy was her children. She loved them fiercely, was immensely proud of each of them, and was always their biggest fan. Her children knew without a doubt that their mom would love them, encourage them, and cheer them on through every season of life.

   To know Christina was to love Christina. She was genuine, kind, sarcastic, fiercely loyal, and a bright light to everyone she encountered. Her love was boundless, and she approached life with joy. She had a way of making others laugh, feel loved, and see the good even in difficult circumstances. She inspired those around her to live with the same joy she carried.

   Above all, Christina’s faith was the center of her life. Even in her darkest hours, she cried out to the Lord and continued to point others toward God’s goodness. She trusted Him when the circumstances were anything but what she would have chosen, and throughout her journey with cancer, she continued to show those around her what it means to have unwavering faith. Her life was a testimony of courage, love, joy, and complete trust in Jesus.

   Christina is survived by her devoted husband, Jason; her children, Canaan, Isaiah, Carsyn, Skylar, Emma, and Caitlin; her parents, Kent and Shantel Dudley and Robert Lind; Maternal Grandparents, Ray and Jackie Clyde; her siblings, Ryan Laurence, Jeremiah Ray, Rebecca Kahle, Ashley Campbell, Brandon and Zachary DeVries, Stef Glover, Vonte, Victoria, Christian Vivienne, and Danny Dudley; as well as many extended family members, friends, and loved ones who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

   She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Rochelle Lind; Paternal Grandparents, Laurence and Arlene Dudley; Step-Grandfather, Jack Hinshaw; and siblings Raniyah, Kiah, Jeffrey, Travis, Mathis, and Mason Dudley.

   In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to The Perry Center, one of Christina’s favorite charities, in honor of her generous heart and her desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

   Christina’s earthly life may have come to an end, but her legacy of faith, joy, love, and devotion to her family will live on in everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She fought her fight with courage, loved with her whole heart, and finished her race with her eyes fixed on Jesus.

   Visitation: Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 6:00-7:00 p.m., in Hope Lutheran Church (South Campus), Fargo, ND, followed by a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.

   Celebration of Life Service: Friday, August 28, at 11:00 a.m. in Hope Lutheran Church (South Campus), Fargo, ND, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
