Carolyn Eileen Albert

Carolyn E. Albert passed away on June 9, 2025, at Sanford Hospice in Fargo, North Dakota.

Carolyn was born November 2, 1943, to Arnold and Mabel (Covel) Albert. She was baptized and confirmed at Erie Methodist Church. She attended Erie Public School. From an early age, she enjoyed working on the family farm alongside her pet animals and family.

In 1983 she moved to Casselton and began working for different hotels/motels doing laundry and housekeeping in Fargo, mostly on 13th Avenue South.

In her later years, she did house cleaning and sewing for people in and around Casselton.

She enjoyed family gatherings for Thanksgiving and Christmas or any other events. Her favorite color was yellow, and her favorite flower was roses, yellow, of course.

Carolyn is survived by her brother Marvin and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Marilyn and brother Melvin.

A service to remember and celebrate her life will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 2:00pm at West Funeral Home in Casselton, ND. Visitation will take place following the service with cookies and coffee. Burial will take place on a later date at the Erie Cemetery.
