Bonnie Ringstad

   Bonnie Lynn Liebelt Ringstad, 76, Casselton, ND passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Sanford Hospital, Fargo.

   Bonnie Lynn (Liebelt) Ringstad was born June 7, 1945 in San Antonio, Texas to Arnold and Monica while Arnold was serving in the US Army. She grew up on a farm near Hurdsfield, ND, graduating from high school in 1963.  Bonnie married Bill Ringstad in 1964 and together had three sons.  Bonnie worked for many years at Rita’s Moorhead Beauty School as a Cosmetology Instructor, while raising her boys in Hawley, MN. In 1992 Bonnie moved to Casselton, ND and became a homeowner for the first time.

   Bonnie enjoyed her garden and her flowers. She was an avid bird watcher and feeder. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, especially her good friend Doris and her husband Chuck.

   Bonnie is survived by her sons: Shane, Nick (Stacy), Kelly (Darla), six grandchildren, and ten great - grandchildren. Other survivors include her brothers: Ellary of Lidgerwood, ND, Kenny (Deb) of Harvey, ND, and Craig of Colorado Springs, CO, sister Lanette (Dean) of Casselton, ND, sister-in-law Bev, of West Fargo, ND, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

   Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Melvin.
