Bev Hestbeck

   Bev Hestbeck, 81, of Fargo, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025, at The Meadows on University, in Fargo.

   Bev Ann Hendrickson was born November 27, 1943 in LaCrosse, WI, to Gerald and Evelyn (Johnston) Hendrickson. She grew up in Rising Sun, WI.

   She married William Oyer, moved to California, met and married LeeRoy Bangert, Sr., and moved to North Dakota. She owned a restaurant, other various jobs, and worked at Anderson Trucking where she met her future husband, Duane Hestbeck. She eventually worked for PepsiCo for 12 years before she retired.

   She enjoyed quilting, sewing, crocheting, reading, cooking, and dancing.

   Bev is survived by four children, Jerald Hendrickson, Kevin Oyer, ShaAnn Sauer, and LeeRoy Jr. (Stacey) Bangert; 4 grandchildren, Brandi (Bradley) Nesdahl, Christi (Brandon) Sorvik, Dalton (Cecilia) Bangert, and Brittany (fiancé Daniel) Bangert; and 3 siblings, Ray Hendrickson, Ellie (Rex) Reitmeyer, and John Hendrickson.

   She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Evelyn Hendrickson; husbands, William Oyer, LeeRoy Bangert, Sr., and Duane Hestbeck; a son-in-law, Michael Sauer; and 2 siblings, Patricia (Larry) Oliver and Janie (George) Britt.

   Memorial Service: Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in West Funeral Home, West Fargo, with visitation one hour prior to the service.

   Interment: Horace Lutheran Cemetery, Horace, North Dakota.
