Ardell Bell

Ardell Lillian Bell, aged 92, passed away peacefully at Eventide South Fargo on February 15th, 2025.

She was born on July 26, 1932, in Oakes, North Dakota, to William and Mildred (Colby) Orth. Ardell was one of four children Janice, Archie, Arnold. During her early years, she resided in the Forman area. She married Robert (Bob) Bommersbach on November 22, 1947. She later married Earl Bell of Forman, ND.

After retiring from Anheuser-Busch, Ardell engaged in activities such as playing Bingo, exercising in the pool at Touchmark and making fleece tied blankets.

She has eight children: Michael (Gladys) Bommersbach; Tom (Sandra) Bommersbach of West Fargo; Tim Bommersbach of West Fargo; Terry (Kim) Bommersbach of West Fargo; Gary (Diane) Bommersbach of Leonard; Jeff (Tracy) Bommersbach of Breckenridge, Minnesota; Pam (Rick) Wetzstein of Horace and Sue (Paul) Amicucci of Fargo. She has eighteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Ardell was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mildred Orth, her husbands - Robert M. Bommersbach and Earl Bell, all of her siblings, her son Michael Bommersbach, her grandson Brian Bommersbach, her great-grandchildren Morgan and Ilyssa Dittmer.

She will be laid to rest this spring in the Gwinner, North Dakota Cemetery, adjacent to her parents.
