William Blake Mausbach, 43, Fargo, ND died on Saturday, July 14, 2018 in his home.
William Blake Mausbach was born on March 4, 1975 in Kansas City, KS to Thomas William Mausbach and Betty Lynette (Kuhns) Mausbach. As a child, Blake enjoyed playing sports and excelled in baseball. His brother Brad helped coach his baseball team with his mother and helped him acquire his pitching skills. A highlight for Blake was pitching in the Metrodome with his team winning the championship. He was a graduate of Fargo North High School in 1993. At an early age he developed a love for the Kansas City Chiefs football team and enjoyed watching them any chance he could. He took great pleasure in caring for his feline children Tux, Pepper, and later Patches.
At the young age of 23 he suffered an unfortunate head injury that left him with lifelong challenges. Despite these obstacles, Blake’s independent spirit kept him determined to lead an independent life. He will always be remembered for his kindness and enlightening smile.
His life will forever be remembered by his father Thomas, mother and stepfather Betty and Ritchie Jevne, his brother Bradley, brother Brent and family (Azucena, Olivia (10), Dean (7), and Nicolas (10) and his extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents William and Mildred Mausbach and Audene and Sophie Kuhns.
Visitation: Friday, July 27, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM
