Saddened to learn of Ron's passing. I played softball with Ron for a number of great years in the late 60's and early 70's. He was a stand up guy and excellent player.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Ron's passing. I have known him for 70 years or so and always enjoyed his outgoing personality. Played a little softball against him through the years and enjoyed the post game recaps. He will truly be missed by everyone who ever met him.

I met Ron (RJ) as we called bim, when I met Dick Belisle. He was the most gracious, genuine, sincere person I have ever known -- and that's not to say all the laughs he could generate in a conversation. He was unique.

So sorry for your loss we knew Ron from our park in Az. He and Mary Lou used to sit in front of us at chapel always had a smile and a good word to say. He was in the air guard with my brother in law and he always asked about him. He used to kid me that he going to sample the cookies before chapel a fun guy. He will be missed.

Ron is truly missed already. We spent several hours on the pontoon just last weekend and Thursday eve at his lake home. He made homemade pizza for a friend's 86th birthday. He had so many plans yet. His passing is an unbelievable shock. Your family and of course, Mary Lou, have our deepest sympathy.

We were devastated to hear of his passing. We met him and Mary Lou as we lived in our motor home and later bought a house nearly across the street from them in AZ. He was the kindest man and dearly cared for by all of us. So many happy hours, treats by him at the Elks, helpful in all ways to make an evening a good time. He will be missed by all of our group, plus so many other friends in the park. God bless comfort to all the family that loved him so dearly. Happy memories!!!

We met Ron through Bob and Barb Lechner. When Ron and Bob would get going on their stories and jokes, it was the best entertainment a friend could have ! Ron was quick witted, funny as all get out, kind, loving and gentle. When Heaven's doors opened for him, we can only imagine the gut-splitting laughs that were happening with all the "boys". We send our deepest condolences to the family, friends and, especially, Mary Lou.
