I met Leslie while serving on the NDCUC board. I found a friend and as a fellow board member, some one very dedicated to agriculture. He always greeted me with a hand shake and a smile, something that I always looked forward to.
It was my honor and privalidge one year to accept , on his behalf, his national membership award. I felt very proud and humbled to know him and wish his family comfort in this time.
Aurdrey, Linsey and I wish you comfort and peace in this difficult time.

It was my privilege to have been on the corn board with Leslie and I enjoyed visiting with him. I considered him a friend and regarded him as a good farmer and outstanding person to know. We had the opportunities to go to the same corn grower conventions and having a good time together with other growers from North Dakota.

Leslie had a good amount of time on this earth and I believe he made the most of it. I'm sorry for his family during this time of their loss but know the they have treasures of memories. My God comfort you in this time of grief.
