Gary Froseth

Gary Froseth of West Fargo, North Dakota, passed away Tuesday, September 26th, 2017

at the age of 65.

Gary was born to parents Robert and Vivian (Knoepfle) Froseth on March 29, 1952 in Minneapolis, MN. He married his high school sweetheart, Patricia (Barbot) Froseth in

1971. Together they raised three children; Cory (Liliana) Froseth, Casie (Tony) DeRose, and Farah (Chad) Pieper. Gary was the proud grandfather of 5 beautiful grandchildren;

Brayden, Ryan, Sierra, Logan and Austin. He is survived by his brothers and sisters; Bob (Donna) Froseth, Connie (Rick) McKechnie, Cathy Froseth and Dale Froseth.

Gary was an avid outdoorsmen and a Jack-of-All-Trades. He and Patti were often found completing a project around their home, trolling Devil’s Lake for walleye, or spending

time with family.

Gary was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend. His presence will be greatly missed by many.

Gary proudly served his country in the US Army from 1970-1973.

Gary is preceded in death by his father; Robert Froseth, his mother, Vivian & step-father, Bill Schultz, and his mother and father in-law; Phyllis and Henry Barbot.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 29th from 5-7 pm followed by a prayer service

at West Funeral Home, 226 4th Ave W, West Fargo, ND 58078.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, September 30th at 10:00 am at

Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church, 3745 Sheyenne St, West Fargo, ND 58078.
