Denise Anderson

On Thursday, August 1, 2019, our beloved Denise Marie Anderson (age 52) joined our heavenly father.

Denise was born May 2, 1967 in Fargo, ND, the daughter of Linda Weiss Savageau. She graduated from Fargo North High School on June 4, 1985. Denise worked in a variety of areas in the food industry and most recently excelled as the kitchen manager of an assisted living home in Fargo, ND. She loved being surrounded by all the wonderful residents and she always knew how to put a smile on their face and brighten their day.

Denise enjoyed being with her family, friends, and her loving dog, Echo. She loved to socialize and make memories that would last a lifetime. She often hosted get-togethers that were unforgettable. Denise impacted so many lives in so many ways. When it came to animals, she would do everything she could to make sure they had a good home and were well loved. She was the type of person that when she walked into a room it would light up, when she smiled you knew it was genuine, and when she hugged you, you felt comfort, and peace. She had a heart of gold and no matter what was going on in her life, she always put others first. She was an angel among us; it brought her so much joy to help others.

She was survived by her son and daughter-in-law Nicholas and Tanika Berlin, her grandson Elijah Berlin, her Step Father Rick Tollerud, Uncle Roger Weiss, Uncle Jerry Weiss, and a large loving family.

Denise is preceded in death by her mother Linda Weiss Savageau, her Grandpa Roy Weiss, Grandma Cora Weiss, and Aunt Betty Weiss Basher.

Our beloved Denise will forever be in our hearts and memories.

SERVICES:   2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Moorhead Baptist Church, Moorhead, MN

VISITATION:   Held one hour prior to her service at the church.
