Carol Beilke

Carol Beilke, 82, Buffalo, ND died in her home on Saturday, August 3, 2019.

Carol Marlys Beilke was born June 18, 1937 in Fargo, ND to Russell and Minetta (Hammer) Reff.  She grew up and attended school in Fargo.  Carol married Rodney Beilke September 14, 1956 in Fargo.  They made their home on the family farm near Buffalo where they farmed for many years.  In 1995, Carol and Rodney moved to Buffalo.

Carol was a very unique storyteller, with a wonderful sense of humor.  Most everyone she knew experienced her practical jokes and interesting conversations.  She was an avid reader, creative drawer and enjoyed crossword puzzles.  The past years she spent much of her time creating drawings which she shared with family and friends.  The family lake home was a place of great enjoyment.  Many cherished memories were made by family and friends.  She and Rodney enjoyed winter vacations in Florida.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Terry (Hal) Grieve of Buffalo, three sons, Dean (JoAnn) of Dilworth, MN, Chris (Sandy) of Embden, ND and Kent (Eileen) of Buffalo; 10 grandchildren, Billie Jo Grieve and son, Isaac, David Grieve, Joshua (Nia) Beilke and children Caeden and Evie, Jamie (Aaron) Tate, Logan Beilke, Bryce Beilke, Holly (Ryan) Fletcher, Alex Pfeifer, Jesse Beilke, and Sean Beilke; two siblings, Jim Reff of Fargo, and Bob (Diane) Reff of Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband Rodney, daughter Polly, parents and brother Russell.

Celebration of Life and Remembrance: Friday, August 9, 2019 from 4 until 7 with a Remembrance at 6 PM all at the 1916 School in Buffalo, ND.
