It's hard to put into words... this news was shocking and heartbreaking. I am forever grateful to Bryon for his support and friendship to Jason and I over the last couple years. I miss his smile and kindness. He is an irreplaceable friend. My heart goes out to Kathy during this difficult time. I am thinking of that fun day we came to see you guys at the cabin and went out on the boat. God has an interesting way of determining our paths. Sending you love and a huge comforting hug Kathy.

There are no words that can really express our sorrow in this loss of a very good friend.
Our hearts ache but also rejoice for having memories of great times with Bryon and Kathy.
So sorry we couldn't make it to the service. We are with you Kathy in spirit.

It's hard to find the words that can express the loss and pain we feel over Brian's passing. He was a central figure that brought together our friends for Saturday breakfasts, Packer vs Viking games, Christmas parties, and motorcycle rides. He never missed calling me for my sobriety birthday. My last conversation with him was funny. He commented that my hair was turning gray and he'd never noticed before. He was dropping off the chairs and tables for our block party. Told me he was going to be sixty and joked about how we used to be the young ones. I kissed his cheek, thanked him for the tables and chairs and as always told him I love him. He said "no problem, you'd do it for me, love you too Bren" and off he went to go back to work. I can't imagine what Kathy and the rest of his family and friends are going through. For me it hurts to breathe and seems impossible to imagine a world without him in it. I'm so grateful he was my friend.

I was very surprised to read of Bryon's passing. He was a person I loved to run into. He always greeted me with a huge smile. Though we were primarily acquaintances I felt he sincerely cared about my well being and recovery when we saw each other. He did an act of kindness for me in the late 80's I will never forget. I extend my sympathy to his family and many close friends.

Bryon was great and will be incredibly missed. Every time he came in to place his order here at Dacotah Paper he had a smile for us, no matter how his day was going. Bryon and I bonded over our love of animals and I would beg him to bring one of his pups along when he would stop by. He is going to be incredibly missed by all of us here. Our deepest sympathies are with you during this difficult time.

Bryon you always treated me like an old friend that you sit down with and share stories about the "remember when " days. Your family and friends will gather soon to say their good byes but I am not going to do that. I am going to think of you that day like I have been doing these last few days and will just say "See you again bud and save me a spot ok " I will miss you my friend say hi from me when you see all our friends that have gone before us and tell them I miss them
