Brandon Harland

Brandon Harland, age 31, of Fargo, ND, died Thursday, July 11, 2019, at his home.

Brandon Daniel Harland was born May 25, 1988 at Fargo, ND, the son of Jeffrey and Lorie (Reeves) Harland.   He attended Mapleton Elementary School and West Fargo High School.  He had worked at various jobs including All Terrain and Expressway Inn, both of Fargo. 

Brandon had a love of turtles that began while spending summers with his mother’s family near Charleston, SC.  There he enjoyed the ocean beaches and the water as he spent time with family.  He was an avid collector of “Stuff” and he loved to tinker on things.  Brandon is remembered as always being kind and giving of what he had.  He was passionate about his family, and was quiet, caring, and always smiling.

His loving family includes his two children, Jewel and Jax Harland, Walcott, ND; parents, Jeffrey Harland, West Fargo, Lorie (Jobert Olofernes) Harland, West Fargo; siblings JC (Chris) Harland, Fargo, Mary (Bryan) Gwin, Perley, MN, Kristy (Dustin) Harland, West Fargo, Kendra (Jason) Dickerson, Lisbon, ND; step-siblings, Brent Griffin, Fargo,  JoJo Olofernes, Walcott; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Brandon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Clair Harland, Ervin and Linda Reeves, uncle Scott Harland, and cousin Justin Olson.

Funeral:  11am Friday, July 19, 2019 in West Funeral Home & Life Tribute Center, West Fargo

Visitation:   Held one hour prior to his service
